Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the time you receive the order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
We only offer refunds for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, not for change of mind reasons. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we will firstly attempt to replace your item free of charge. Refunds on faulty items will be credited to the original form of payment.
If you purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund, you will be credited back through this payment platform. If instead your return qualifies for store credit only, you will continue to make all instalment payments, as per the agreement with Afterpay, and then we will issue you with a credit voucher.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards – not redeemable for cash.
Sale items – sale purchases are final. We do not offer exchange or store credit on discounted frames. The only time this does not apply is if your purchase was made with a one-off discount code on a full priced item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags (if applicable) attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

[email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, with RETURN REQUEST in the subject heading. Please include your order number, full name and reason for a return request, along with any relevant photographs where applicable. If requesting an exchange, please specify the details of the new item. We will then issue you with an Return Authorisation number which should be written clearly on the outside of the package.
